The Cross Radiology is taking measures to ensure the safety of our patients and staff amidst this difficult time.
Please note that we are open during regular business hours and offering all services.
To combat the spread of diseases, we are regularly disinfecting all surfaces in the premises, practicing social distancing, as well as ensuring a minimal number of patients are present in the practice at one given time.
Please carefully read the precautions and new rules we are enforcing until further notice before attending our practice.
Masks
Face masks are are recommended as social distancing protocols cannot be followed during studies. It is still mandatory for patients seeing the Radiologist to wear a mask.
Appointments
To minimise a congestion of patients in our waiting areas, we require appointments for all CTs, Ultrasounds and Interventional Procedures. We will try our best to accommodate walk-in patients on a case-by-case basis.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time for registration. If you know you may be late for your appointment, please call us to let us know. If you are late for your appointment without notice, we may reschedule it to ensure correct workflow. We require time to sanitise each room between patients, thus we may not be able to do your examination if you miss your scheduled time.
