How To Make One And What To Expect Upon Arrival

In order to minimise waiting time, it is advisable to make an appointment so our staff can inform you if the test requires preparation. This usually applies for Ultrasound and CT scans.

To make an appointment, call us on 9586 0833 or attend our Hurstville practice.

Walk-In Policy

We accept walk-in patients, however, priority is given to those with appointments.

Before Your Examination

Once you arrive, please provide the following:
- Request form
-Medicare/DVA Card
-Pension/HCC Card

You may be asked to fill in a form, as some procedures require consent. Once registration is complete, you will be asked to sit in the appropriate waiting area. The technicians will be made aware of your arrival and your name will be called.

Don't forget to bring your request form and Medicare card!

After Your Examination

Once your scan/procedure has been completed, a secretary will inform you of when your results will be ready for collection/delivery. Please make an appointment with your doctor to discuss the findings.
The general report turnover time is 2 hours. Delivery to your doctor is a next-day service.
